Identify safety hotspots and strengthen resident confidence.
SafetyPulse Community Survey Program

A resident-centered safety assessment that turns perceptions into priorities.

SafetyPulse is our flagship program for measuring resident safety concerns, hotspots, and lived experience—then translating that feedback into a clear, defensible set of priorities. It’s designed for boards and management teams who want to reduce uncertainty, improve trust, and focus resources where they matter most.

SafetyPulse uses professional survey methodology to capture reliable resident insight — without relying on anecdotes or the loudest voices.

SafetyPulse helps you:

  • Identify where residents feel unsafe (and why)

  • Pinpoint specific safety “hotspots” and recurring problem areas

  • Distinguish real patterns from isolated incidents or rumor

  • Measure safety perception by time, place, and context (day/night, amenities, parking, entry points, etc.)

  • Produce board/management-ready reporting built for action and communication

SafetyPulse — What We Measure

Coverage Areas:

  • Community entry points, gates, and access control experience

  • Lighting, visibility, and “line of sight” concerns

  • Parking areas, garages, lots, and vehicle-related issues

  • Amenities and common areas (pools, gyms, trails, clubhouses)

  • Nighttime safety perceptions and location-based discomfort

  • Package/mail areas and property-related security concerns

  • Noise, nuisance activity, and recurring “problem locations”

  • Reporting behavior (what residents report, and what they don’t)

"SafetyPulse focuses on resident safety experience across the community and captures both perception and incident-related concern in a structured, decision-ready way."

What You Get with SafetyPulse
