This Privacy Policy explains how BlockStat.org / Nalanoli Group, LLC (“BlockStat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit BlockStat.org (the “Site”), submit a form, participate in a survey, access a portal, or otherwise interact with our online services. This policy is intended to work alongside our Terms & Conditions.

• Depending on the project, we may receive or use project administration data such as resident identifiers, unit or address information, access codes, project codes, or community identifiers to manage survey access, limit duplicate entries, and support reporting workflows.

• Like most websites, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referral URLs, date/time stamps, and similar log or analytics data.

Many BlockStat projects involve surveys sponsored by a property manager, board, HOA, community association, ownership group, or similar organization.

• Survey participation is generally voluntary unless the sponsoring organization states otherwise.

• We may use respondent identifiers or project access methods to control entry, support fieldwork logistics, and reduce duplicate submissions.

• Our deliverables generally focus on group-level findings, trends, and priorities rather than identifying individuals.

• Open-text responses may be reviewed, summarized, categorized, or excerpted for reporting purposes. Where appropriate, we may redact names or obviously identifying details before including open-text content in deliverables.

• Please do not include sensitive personal information in open-text responses or messages unless it is specifically requested and you are comfortable sharing it.

5) How We Share Information​

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• With clients or sponsoring organizations, as needed to deliver the project. In most cases, deliverables are designed to emphasize aggregated, summarized, or de-identified findings; however, certain project administration data may be shared where reasonably necessary for setup, delivery, validation, or contractual performance.
